Since 2006, due to the impact of fuel prices and the demand for energy conservation and environmental protection, the RTG oil to electricity boom has been launched worldwide. This significantly reduces RTG's operating costs, reduces the air pollution emitted by the engine, and eliminates noise pollution from the field engine. In order to maintain the flexibility of RTG, most of the dock owners choose the low frame sliding line oil to power mode, and the automatic power taking trolley is adopted on the aircraft. However, there are still multiple hidden dangers in the oil conversion of low frame sliding contact line, such as the operation and maintenance cost of diesel generator set is increasing year by year, the sintering maintenance pressure of sliding contact line is high, and the lifting brake electric energy is transmitted to the power supply circuit by the way of rectifier unit inverter feedback to the power grid, causing grid pollution and affecting the seamless switching between diesel generator set and the mains when other fields pass over the bridge. Therefore, the choice of lithium battery power supply system instead of diesel generator set to achieve the function of field bridge transfer power supply, not only solves the problem of high maintenance cost of diesel generator set, but also provides clean energy to solve environmental pollution and other problems.
