ERTG-Battery & Automatic Charging

The power supply part of the automatic charging ERTG consists of a ground charging cabinet, a ground charging robot, an automatic charging socket on the RTG and battery room. RTG DC automatic charging robot is capable of accommodating multiple RTG models and compatible with AC charging. This scheme adopts the RTG "pure battery power supply" power scheme, with the core goal of "peak shaving and valley filling" and energy conservation and consumption reduction. The system uses a large capacity high-voltage battery pack as the main energy power pool (with a capacity of approximately 400AH). The energy flow core of the entire system is the DC bus. The DCDC device in the battery room and the inverter device in the electrical room are both connected to a common DC bus, working together to store, convert, and distribute energy. The inverter converts the DC power on the DC bus into AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage to precisely control motors (including hoist, gantry and trolley motors), convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and drive the crane to complete various actions.

ERTG-Hybrid

Replacing traditional diesel engine power with lithium battery pack power, that is, using lithium battery pack power during RTG operation, the small diesel generator set only operates when the lithium battery pack needs to be charged. The energy generated in motor power generation scenarios such as RTG lifting and lowering does not need to be consumed through braking resistors, but can be used to charge lithium battery packs by installing an IGBT bridge rectifier controllable rectifier. There are two power supply methods for battery energy storage: 1. Lithium battery pack+mains power: that is, lithium battery pack is used for power supply during RTG crossing and transition, and mains power is used for power supply in the work area; 2. Lithium battery pack+small diesel generator set: RTG operation is powered entirely by lithium battery packs. The small diesel generator set charges the lithium battery pack and provides additional energy feedback to charge the battery.

ERTG-BUSBAR

Busbar is a device that supplies power to mobile devices. The system consists of a single pole busbar, a hanging clamp, a connector, and an inlet. The busbar is made of aluminum alloy embedded with stainless steel or copper material and the outer shell is made of insulating plastic, with functions of rain, dust and finger touch prevention and IP55 protection level. By constructing a busbar system in the yard, RTG can achieve the operation of obtaining mains electricity on the busbar of the yard through the installed power supply device. The free transfer of RTG can be achieved through the import and export areas at both ends of the busbar. The driver drives the RTG to accurately and reliably feed the collector brush into the busbar track and automatically delivers mains electricity to the RTG to achieve safe switching between diesel power and mains power.

RTG/RMG Gantry Anti-collision System-LiDAR-Based

The system adopts Lidar-based anti-collision solution. Scanners continuously monitor the predefined RTG travel path and detect various types of obstacles in real time. Within the detection area, the system identifies people, vehicles and other obstacles, calculates their distance, and provides early warning for automatic speed reduction and stopping. By analyzing obstacle characteristics, the system intelligently differentiates between different object types and applies corresponding crane control strategies. When an obstacle enters the predefined slowdown zone, the system outputs a control signal to reduce RTG travel speed and activate an alarm. When an obstacle enters the stop zone, the system outputs an emergency stop signal to stop RTG movement and prevent potential collisions.

RTG/RMG/STS Electrical Control System Integration & Retrofit

The upgrade of crane electronic control system mainly includes the redesign, installation and debugging of crane variable frequency drive system, PLC system, low voltage control system, safety protection equipment and other functions.

ERTG-Battery & Automatic Swapping

In recent years, driven by the "dual carbon" target, countries have regarded power batteries as a key lever for energy transformation. Through policy guidance, technology R&D and market cultivation, the industry has rapidly expanded and battery technology has become mature with increasingly widespread application scenarios. The battery has been applied in the scenario of hybrid power and battery transition on RTG, but it has not been able to achieve full battery power supply operation due to the limitation of energy replenishment methods. The mobile battery swapping system product provides a more flexible way of energy replenishment for RTG/RMG, enabling the full battery power supply operation mode of RTG/RMG to be realized.

ERTG-Cable Reel

According to the direction of the truck lane, the installation of the reel should be on the diesel engine side or electrical room side, and the reel should be installed on the side away from the truck lane. Add a reel platform on top of the diesel engine or electrical room. The cable reel and power switch control cabinet are both installed on this platform. The cable reel system adopts a single row multi-layer and bidirectional winding system. The operating voltage of the reel is set according to the actual situation of the user on site. The upper power supply cable length should be the effective one-way travel of the gantry. The slip ring box is made of 316L stainless steel with a thickness of ≥ 3mm and has wind and rain resistance and salt spray climate adaptability. Install a heater inside the slip ring box.
