RTG/RMG/STS Electrical Control System Integration and Retrofit:

For new cranes, the PLC and inverter-based electrical control system, including the electrical room or control cabinet, is integrated and installed as a complete system.

For existing cranes, partial or complete upgrading and retrofit of the PLC or inverter electrical control system can be carried out, including replacement of selected electrical components or refurbishment/replacement of the entire electrical room or control cabinet. These improvements help reduce equipment failure rates and enhance overall equipment performance and reliability.

Project description: Crane electric control system upgrade mainly includes the crane frequency conversion drive system, PLC system, low voltage control system, safety protection equipment and other functions of the redesign, installation, commissioning.
