Girder anti-collision system
System function
The system adopts a beam anti-collision scheme based on laser scanning technology. The laser scanner continuously emits laser pulses, and the rotating optical mechanism sends the laser pulses to all directions within the scanning Angle at a certain Angle interval to form a two-dimensional scanning surface with radial coordinates as the reference. In the scanning range, the detection area of different shapes is set up. When an object enters the area, the output signal is given. Before the collision between the ship and the girder, the alarm or emergency stop signal is given in advance to prevent the occurrence of danger.
System working principle
Laser scanners are installed on the left and right safety boundary heights below the forearm of the shore bridge, and ensure that the laser scanning surface remains horizontal, each laser scanner measuring Angle of 270°, the two laser scanners constitute a 360° panoramic scanning capability, ensuring that both sides can be effectively detected towards the incoming ship or other equipment. In this way, once the ultra-high ship or other equipment enters the monitoring range of the laser scanner and is detected by the laser scanner, there is a danger of hitting the shore bridge, and the approaching ship or other equipment should be alerted.
System advantage
uWider monitoring range and higher resolution;
uBuilt-in heating system can work all season;
uAnti-fouling, anti-light, strong penetration of rain and fog, strong anti-interference, reliable work;
uAutomatic fault alarm, reduce the frequency of system maintenance.
