Big car collision avoidance system

The system can realize the protection of the vehicle, when there is a possible collision target in the front safe distance within the boundary of the door leg building in the direction of the vehicle, the vehicle can take deceleration or braking measures to avoid collision.

Working logic:


1) Based on the braking performance of the truck and the width of the building limit of the door leg, an anti-collision rectangular monitoring area group is configured in M-200, including two monitoring areas, namely, the deceleration warning area of the truck and the emergency braking warning area of the truck, and the corresponding regional monitoring output signals are "early warning" and "alarm";


2) In the process of cart walking, M-200 detects whether there are obstacles in the warning area set in real time, and outputs the two protection signals of "cart slow" and "cart brake" to PLC through the two I/O output ports of OUT2/OUT3;


3) According to the received protection signal, PLC determines whether the truck needs to slow down or emergency braking, and executes the corresponding protection action.
